You must answer “yes” to the following questions to apply for the landing fee rebates.

Are you considering net new growth out of Toronto Pearson?

Are you operating this service with a minimum 90-seat aircraft?

Are you offering service resulting in a net increase of your total capacity at or above 5%

Are you willing to operate your service for one full year, or in the case of a seasonal        service, one full IATA scheduling season or equivalent period of time?

Are you considering a route addition of three or more weekly frequencies
